Uzoma Dozie is currently Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in Nigeria. His banking career spans over 20 years—eight of which have been as executive director across various roles and strategic business units including credit and marketing, strategic planning, financial control, corporate banking, and retail banking. He graduated in 1991 with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Reading, England. He later obtained an MSc in Chemical Research from University College, London in 1992. As he progressed in his professional career, he attended the Imperial College Management School, London, where he obtained an MBA with specialization in Finance in 1998. Nkemdilim Begho is founder and Managing Di rector of Future Software Resources Limited, an IT solutions provider focused on online solutions, e-learning and IT security. As one of a few Nigerian women in the industry, her success is founded on a passion for driving innovative thinking, building a globally recognized technology brand and setting trends in the Nigerian Technology space.
Respected and recognized as a leader in her industry, Nkem is regularly featured in newspaper and magazine publications and as an expert speaker on ICT in Africa. She regularly volunteers for mentoring and empowerment programmes often sharing her experiences with young Nigerians and less privileged children.
Chika Uwazie is a human resource expert and the COO of EnterFive a creative technology solutions agency. She formerly was the CEO at TalentBase, a Silicon Valley backed startup, which provides human resource software for African businesses.
Chika believes that sharing knowledge on the intersection between technology and HR as well as advocating for women in technology encourages other women to take a seat at the table.
Before EnterFive, Chika worked at several international organizations including The Whitaker Group and Exxon Mobil.

Bolanle Austen Peters is the founder and CEO Of BAP Productions, with the creation of Bolanle Austen-Peters Productions, The theater industry bar has been raised with the production of SARO the Musical in 2013. Bolanle Austen-Peters has facilitated, organized, managed and attended numerous workshops and seminars both within and outside the United Nations system on various issues. Prior to that, she had worked as a Lawyer with United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, New York, Ethiopia and Namibia. Akintunde Oyebode is a trained Economist, passionate about sustainable development, sustainable finance and youth unemployment. He began his career as a Research Assistant at the Lagos Business School, and spent over a decade in various banking roles with First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and Stanbic IBTC Bank. Akin is the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), established to provide financial support to residents of Lagos State, for job and wealth creation and to tackle unemployment. His key focus at the LSETF is on promoting entrepreneurship by improving access to finance, strengthening the institutional capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and formulating policies designed to improve the business environment in Lagos State. Prior to his role as Executive Secretary of the LSETF, Akin was the Head of SME Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank.
