Uzoma Dozie is currently Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in Nigeria. His banking career spans over 20 years—eight of which have been as executive director across various roles and strategic business units including credit and marketing, strategic planning, financial control, corporate banking, and retail banking. He graduated in 1991 with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Reading, England. He later obtained an MSc in Chemical Research from University College, London in 1992. As he progressed in his professional career, he attended the Imperial College Management School, London, where he obtained an MBA with specialization in Finance in 1998. Chika Uwazie is a human resource expert and the COO of EnterFive a creative technology solutions agency. She formerly was the CEO at TalentBase, a Silicon Valley backed startup, which provides human resource software for African businesses.

Chika believes that sharing knowledge on the intersection between technology and HR as well as advocating for women in technology encourages other women to take a seat at the table.

Bolanle Austen Peters is the founder and CEO Of BAP Productions, with the creation of Bolanle Austen-Peters Productions, The theater industry bar has been raised with the production of SARO the Musical in 2013. Bolanle Austen-Peters has facilitated, organized, managed and attended numerous workshops and seminars both within and outside the United Nations system on various issues. Prior to that, she had worked as a Lawyer with United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, New York, Ethiopia and Namibia. She returned to Nigeria in 2001 as Consultant to UNDP, Lagos. she also gives lectures on Entrepreneurship and she has won many local and international awards.
She worked as a Consultant to the Ford Foundation Lagos and helped raise millions of dollars for the Museum through Arts and Business Council.She has for the past 10 years successfully managed Terra Kulture, a proudly Nigerian organization which has been in the forefront of the promotion of Nigerian art and culture, developing talents and creating employment in the sector with the employment of over 60 staff and the creation of over 150 additional ancillary jobs on a monthly basis through its theater and arts products. They aim to break down barriers facing women in Africa in these fields including gender stereotype, social anxiety and a lack of regional female role models. Their mission is to encourage, educate and empower African girls of secondary and university levels interested in the STEM fields through mentorship, teamwork, creativity and innovation.

Akintunde Oyebode is a trained Economist, passionate about sustainable development, sustainable finance and youth unemployment. He began his career as a Research Assistant at the Lagos Business School, and spent over a decade in various banking roles with First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and Stanbic IBTC Bank. Akin is the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), established to provide financial support to residents of Lagos State, for job and wealth creation and to tackle unemployment. His key focus at the LSETF is on promoting entrepreneurship by improving access to finance, strengthening the institutional capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and formulating policies designed to improve the business environment in Lagos State. Prior to his role as Executive Secretary of the LSETF, Akin was the Head of SME Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank.
